Actually, if you look at that chart scan in my link, the Russell is higher than the early low while the major markets are lower. Perhaps we're starting the reverse rotation as some of the small stocks I've bought recently didn't make a new low today and are still up a bit...

Really interesting how the daily chart for the RUT tracks that for the 10 yr treasury.
