Mr. Quarterdeck.....how many shares are out now.....and how many more will be issued based on current known information nest spring?

It makes a big difference to me because I go on Total Market Cap. And with new share comming into the pipe I want to do some projections vs. Cybermedia ATH in Market Cap at 30ish....and see in my own mind how high this could go.
