SORRY BOB.. but don't get sucked in on a rally unless you have a good strategy. That semi index is going much lower than most understand. Simply because they don't have the experience to know how low it can drop. That means.. I'm expecting INTC to touch the 27.75.. That's not the end of the world if one owns it at 18. It is a nice drop from the 35 ish. Fintas
