IF you mean higher than 2019..

Only if all the bulls on the SI site break their piggy banks and actually put THEIR MONEY UP BUY and HOLD.

And THAT'S NOT HAPPENING..

Here's why? that MO SPX allows for the rally.. the BPSPX RSXSPX RSPSPX AND PTSPX have much more room to the DOWNSIDE. Come to think of it someone I know said once 58 was hit down to 42 and over time...SHHHH 22.. So the 37 shows the excess but any who think this is going back to 68.. or as you suggest all time highs.. NOT!!!
