The math and valuation of the company seem fairly easy. 18 Bingo centers: $100,000 pre-tax profit per (low end). $1.8 mil pretax profit. 700 VGMs (including Darlingtons): $5000 pretax profit per machine (low end). $3.5 mil pretax profit Add those together and you get $5.3 pretax profit on existing continuing operations. 35% taxes=Net Income of $3.4 mil I'm buying more :) Jonathan
