Moral Relativist or Moral Nihilist? Which one!?... DO YOU THINK THEY ARE THE SAME??

They are different that's why they are listed separately. Both positions disqualify you from making moral judgements about other people. No one will ever accuse you of being consistent, that's for sure.

Doing whatever feels right has nothing to do with it.

Feelings has a great deal to do with moral relativism. After you nullify all moral obligations there's not much left but feelings. How does that make you feel?

Everybody in the would does precisely those things every day.

Everybody in the world are not Moral Relativists and the ones that are Moral Relativists and criticize others for being immoral, are acting in a way that is inconsistent with Moral relativism. That's the point that he's making. I've been pointing out this internal inconsistency in your philosophy for years. You're not nearly a smart as you think you are.
