Quantum is starting to receive a number of price upgrades, to around $6. FBR raised price target, and now MLV (whoever they are).. smarteranalyst.com I also saw a website state that Citigroup has a $21 price target, but I haven't seen an actual Citi PR on it. Personally, I'm looking for a sale of the Zephyr Wind Farm.. Get that operation off its books and the company will finally be focused as a CNG/Hydrogen play, and up for acquisition. Also, should start seeing some news soon on the GM Chevy Impala Bi-Fuel vehicle, which QTWW is the Tier 1 one sub-contractor. Hawk
