You're confusing moral values with obligations. Obligations refers to the self-imposed willingness to act in conformance to ones moral values. Perhaps a moral nihilist would have no fundamental moral values other than usually following the moral values of his/her community. But for 99.99999% of the rest of society:

We believe that actions can either be helpful or hurtful.

We have an opinion about how actions fit into those two categories.

And we (fortunately) find that our opinions normally comport very closely with others in our community and social groups.

The more extreme are our opinions (such as, for instance, a White Supremacist Christian Sect)--the more anti-social and morally deviant are we considered to be by the major culture.

Is your obtuseness intentional?? Everyone who is sincere about their moral opinions have every right to criticise the standards and the actions which insult their opinions--AND THEY DO! I don't criticise people who hurt people because I think they are offending some imaginary god and his "Absolute" standards. I criticise immoral assholes because they offend MY standards and the standards of my community. I don't care about your god or their god. I don't care about your stupid irrational opinions based on the ignorance and necessities of tribal law and order. I care about reasoned opinions that start with true premises and follow logically to conclusions that most rational people can endorse as values.

It is superstitious idiots with their self-serving and ill considered moral opinions who should keep their mouth shut or chant their hateful, anti-social, anti-human, anti-reason, and anti-life crap behind closed doors.
