That picture is great with those reams of dog eared and yellowing stacks of paper. Bureaucracy is India's DNA it looks like. It has its roots from India being a colony under a crown half way across the world and bureaucrats running the show as a result of that. The pace of digitization should be measured and controlled particularly keeping in mind the cyber crimes. I hope they adopt the new Apple pay to combat that particularly now that there is a surge in opening of bank accounts. Technologies such as Apple pay will not only increase cash flow to bootstrap the Indian economy but will cut down on bureaucracy as well. A feather in India's cap is their electronic voting system. That is an area that the US can learn from India in exchange for sharing of cyber security technology.
