<<Settlement will be through claims set-off>> My understanding is that Doctor A takes like 10,000, then Oxford says actually we owed you 5,000, and the Doctor simply says sorry I ain't paying you back anything. I think it may go beyond just repayment issues and is getting into lost money above and beyond the level of the actual claim. A call to the company to clear this up? Mike
