I knew that some seder's did incorporate this, not all, just a few drops (or sip) of wine for pause reflection on just what price in the narrative myth this legendary freedom really came. One thing we do know, there were no united tribes in 1500BC called Hebrews operating under any monotheism, there were scattered wandering tribes with god's like Baal, El and the attendant consort fertiltiy queens of heaven. And far before that the elementals, sun, moon & animimist worship or some sacred mountain etc. What is always inevitable from an evolutionary pov and just what we see happen in the Levant is that eventual grouping of loose sctatterd tribes occur which always finds itself naturally occurring around some central city trading locus. Every city of the ancient world & surrounding area was the "state" and everyone of them in the ancient world had its origin myths & legends.
