"Mason Jar Meals...." in Kindle format is available free today on Amazon. If you want a bunch of free cookbooks, just logon to your Amazon account and search for Kindle Cookbooks and then have them sorted low to high. You will have lots of free cookbooks to choose from - I probably have a hundred or more selected since the time I first discovered this way of getting them. You can look at them first to see if they appeal to you and then select one-click purchase to get it free... just be sure it says it is $0.00 in your initial sort, otherwise you will be charged the Kindle price for the book.

Happy reading.... and I think the Mason Jar Meals will appeal to many seniors who may want to make up meals in advance for eating at a later time.... can save some time and effort that way.
