Assume most of you have read or will read Alan Ross' latest post about how foreign companies have a tax advantage over those based in America. The other day I was reading the BMS board over at Cafe Pharma site. There is a recent thread titled 'rumors'. Someone out of the blue posted the 'strong' rumor that Bristol and Boehringer were merging and there would be an announcement soon. So, take it for what any anonmously posted rumor is worth. Just thought I would put it out there.
