Bob - many of the smaller companies are recording the entire revenue early and putting expenses into future periods as incurred. They were interpreting the accounting regs loosely and ignorning the expenses and calling them insignificant to the revenue cycle.

I only seen this about 1000 times in 20 years. That's why I have been saying on DDIM & Zitl, "the CPA firms have been warned". If they sign off and things hit the fan the Accounting Profession won't back up the Accounting firms and they will be sued.
