So you enter your name, address, and what not into ApplePy, and I imagine the first pass verification is matching that up against what the bank has on file. After that, I had to call the bank and answer all the security questions they usually require for over-the-phone account access (Chase actually tried to trick me asking me who was the lender on my auto loan, when the correct answer was I don't have an auto loan :) ). I imagine you would not get very far sneaking someone else's credit card into your iPhone; Apple will know how to track you down!

I forgot to mention, I also received an email from my bank immediately upon adding my card to Apple Pay indicating that it had been activated on an Apple Pay account. This would notify you if someone had tried to add your credit card to their own wallet.
