According to a PBS Frontline report last night, Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld are directly responsible for creating ISIS when after taking down Saddam, they got rid of all the people with the management skills needed to run a country-Sunni military and gov't leaders and teachers etc., putting them out with no income, and putting in charge sectarian Shiites. The first thing the Sunni did is go home with their weapons and form an insurgency, the birth of ISIS. They were advised against this by the military and CIA, but went ahead anyways. Why have a Pentagon and CIA if you won't follow their advise? Now the US and partners are back in the middle east, trying to clean up the mess they created in the first place. American soldiers have paid with their lives for White House stupidity that seems endless.
