Lindt, there are about 40 million out now. The conversion releases common based on the stock price so we don't know how many will float until they convert. If the price is one, 30 million convert. If it is three, then 15 million convert. If it is five less than 10 million. Add a few for stock option conversion ONLY if the price gets up above 4 1/2 or so.
