Actually did not make a nice return.... COULD have made a nice return had I doubled down earlier..but I was waiting for for around 1946 on the FUTS which never happened and then it turned on a dime. Since I bought SPXU and SPY puts the time decay on both - even though it was just a day - made is such that with commissions I got out whole... If I went and back and did the calculations and put in commissions and my losing trade at the end of the day... I probably lost $40.00 BUT.... there are MANY times I'm happy to get out of a trade with minimal losses. I have rode TZA/TNA on 10 dollar per share (meaning DOWN on my money by $10.00 ps) round trips ... back to breakeven...lol -- HATE IT! I do think we'll be in a retest under 1900 but my problem is I'm usually ahead of the curve.... and the problem with that is the above.... I go negative on the trade and then by the time I get back to break even I've lost my moxy and bail for even money. so for now I'm sidelined.
