I have recently sold my last bit of shares in this company. I have been following this stock since late August or early September.
I consider myself an intelligent person and have had a number of run-ins with folks like Mike Kand Skeeter. I have also disagreed with Riley and other on the Yay side as well.

I wanted to make some of my own personal observations:

1. I beleive there are millions of shares short RMIL (not hundred K's)

2. I beleive the management team is not strong.

3. I beleive the merger, investment etc. are not as they seem.

4. I beleive Dempsey Mork is short many more than 98K shares.
(Mike you know as well as I (unless you're not too smart) that it is almost impossible to prove a naked short position on a otc:bb stock such as that which is held in Canada)

5. I beleive Mike K has no interest in this stock but he is just a pathetic person that has nothing better to do than spend $20K of his time (or his employers) slamming a stock. He has never acknowledged that the supporters of this stock could have valid points (and they do) which could make the stock somewhat valuable. I would personally never use a broker who I knew was spending so much time on something that he apparently believes is worthless. What is the point Mike? I know, I know you are trying to save the world! Give me a break I was born at night but wasn't last night.

6. Riley G has made many mistakes in his evaluations and some of what he says is pure BS. What about the floating float numbers what about new shares coming off restrictions, what about radio silence what about American Exchange requirements for the TA etc. I think the idea of what he is doing to some degree is admirable because it is true the MM's can be scum.

7. I beleive the MM's scam the small investor daily.

8. I do not beleive that every movement in this stock is someone covering a short (when going up) or the MM's slamming the stock (when going down).

9. I beleive that Puhrty, PBM, Mawork etc are all Mork or his directly or indirectly paid employees.

10. I beleive that we all would have benefited if we had paid better attention to TL's TA. He seemed to be right on the money almost every time. I hope he comes back.

11. I beleive PUGS completely beleives in the cause of the Yays but needs to see things on both sides of the fence.

12. I have come to give the most credence to folks like TOPCAT and TONTO because they at least attempt to see thing from both sides.

13. I beleive Skeeter Bug is about as smart as a Skeeter Bug.

14. I beleive that Matty Dee is just an inexperienced college kid that should leave the investments to someone that has a clue. Matty Dee=spaz.

15. I beleive this stock wil continue to roller coaster until either it dies or the shorts are forced to cover. I think neither is imminent and that is why I am out now. I do not think the NASD can effectively force the Canadian short to cover and I do not think the fundamental business case ofthe company is strong. I could be wrong on both points but I doubt it.

16. I beleive s martin is the illegitimet(sp?) redheaded stepchild of skeeter bug.

I have other comments that I will add as I have time. If I slammed you I am sorry but I think you deserve it (and I feel after reading 40K posts we all have a right to vent a little). I personally held as many as 8K shares at one time. I got out with a loss of less that the total of my commissions paid (<$200) so I feel lucky. I will monitor this stock and this site some because I am still interested, but I do not have the time to go through 400+ posts per day.
