Seriously.. as many attempt to soften the risk. The FACT is those who are managing this make the 3 stooges bright.

So let me see.. I'm a doctor.. I just came in from West Africa. I know I was working with patients that died and I don't self quarantine.. OR some protocol doesn't SAY SHALL quarantine?

OH well.. That's the variable many have been missing for a long time.

None of this is a surprise.

Fact is IF those officers were taking this chit seriously they would not have been caught off guard. And that is the problem we face. Dr's who have hubris and use public transportation and officers that are talking on a corner in a group and no one with eyes UP.

And ANY who understand what it takes to get a hospital up to snuff should understand that 8.. I say EIGHT for NEW YORK.. Ok if you say so Govenor and Mayor.
