Dennis, [off topic] At the equator the days should always be
12 hours for the same reason that the nights are much longer
in winter and there is no night in the summer in the artic.
Think about it this way: the sun always shades 1/2 the
earth, the upper and lower portions change angles, the equator
is the mid point therefore unchanging.

Would you please tell me what that report from Maxwell said,
I went nuts trying to read it. Are we OK?
