With CB's driving interest rates close to zero all over the world on those with money can substantially leverage themselves and get richer without any benefit to the larger population.

Further due to their richness they can hire the best lobbyist, attorneys and bribe themselves into the country administration to engage in more borderline conduct to enrich themselves even more. If caught red-handed they well connected attorney and crony politicians save the day.

This is the new system of the last 20 years.
