The intentional is really the one factor that does alarm me. Lets hope ISIS has not had the inclination to think about that because the damage that could be done under that circumstance is mind boggling. If they were to send twenty people with Ebola to cities across the Continent and send them into concerts and the like the resulting cross infection rate would be real hard to get a grip on. Scary shit that.
