We have more company coming for the weekend, and then things should settle down after that. The two Mason Jar books I got were "Mason Jar Meals" by Sara Banks, and "Mason Jar: Meals, Salads, Soups & Desserts" by Andrea Stange. Take a look at them on AZ and decide what you'd like to make. I'll do the same and try to make a couple of dishes in the next week or two. I see some nice looking soups in both. What with the weather turning, making some soup is kind of appealing to me. We also love dessert, so I'll check them out too.
