Ive been adding to my PBY position recently. Gabelli has been a fairly aggressive buyer thru 9/9 and has 16.28%.

12.65% was reported in Sept, 2013
13.65% was reported in Jan., 2014
14.67% was reported in Jun., 2014
16.28% was reported in Sept 2014

I have also had a fairly good track record of buying & selling this one over the years.

I sold some at $15 when that buyout offer fell thru. I have to think that in the worst case scenario they could sell it for $12 in the next few years anyway.

But, I expect a write down to clear the decks for the new CEO.

And maybe he can turn it around and sell it in the upper teens.

It would be nice to see some insider buying and Im perplexed that Gabelli has apparently stopped buying.
(Or has added less than 1% more)
