Emerge Energy Services LP (EMES) today announced that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $1.38 for the third quarter of 2014. This total distribution represents an 18% increase over the second quarter 2014 distribution of $1.17 per unit and a 60% increase over the third quarter 2013 distribution of $0.86. The distribution will be paid on November 14, 2014 to all unitholders of record as of November 6, 2014.

Emerge Energy today announced it will release its third quarter 2014 results on Thursday, October 30, 2014.
