According to the Supreme Court, it is.
Well, whether or not CO2 is pollution is ultimately decided by a much higher court.. A court that has been in session for billions of years..

And Mother Nature is the judge..

And she "ruled" that CO2 is a nutritional necessity for botanical life on her planet.. Without it, plants can NOT flourish.

And looking back throughout earth's history, CO2 levels are near the bottom of their historical norm, yet it has not proven to be a "death sentence" for Mother Nature's planet.

Life has continued to survive, if not thrive.. minus a few cataclysmic events that temporarily halted, and altered, the existence of life.
