Keep in mind I have downside targets of 22 and 16. I also expect the avg to stay to the left of 50 for a substantial amount of time and that is NOT a positive for many sectors and many stock in those sectors. That view is also not supportive for upside for the majority of indexes.

However you are more than welcome to buy. Those sucking wind in IBM need some help.
