This is a comfort food for me. Give it a try. Rummaging around the other day, I found some Vienna Chicken Sausages and cut them up small and browned them in butter together with some chopped mushrooms and bell pepper then poured in the eggs. Very tasty. Reminded me of when we were kids. For breakfast sometimes, our mom would fry cut up hot dogs before adding beaten eggs.
