DRYS..

If you are going to INVEST.. NOT day trade but INVEST you should do the work.

So as this past week there's been all the talk re the converts and expiration in 2014 Dec.

The LONG TERM INVESTOR was not surprised re the date of expiry.

The long term investor understands the nuances of the company.

But for the investor that is not aware, is ambtious then here's were to begin re that topic

Instead of listening to those who say anything.. Go to the SOURCE.. As you do then take the time to track the info and as you do you will learn of any additional adds or deletions.

Ex.. How many know MR ECONOMU has some 2.8 M shares of ORIG.. Add that to how many shares he will soon own of DRYS. Understanding the details helps one to understand the execs commitment and interest. How many execs do not own 1% of their company? More than you realize. Where as DRYS will soon have some 700 M share What is the % of 59 M and that doesn't include his previous holdinds of x.. The amount of shares of ORIG is equal to?

And how about those preferred.

So while some want to say the CEO is not loved by the street. Either was Luckzo, Bezos and at times JOBS...OR have many forgotten the street helped to run him out.. What am I saying? Be careful if you are a LONG TERM INVESTOR listening to those whose obvious agenda is bashing. Do your work. Don't be deaf to negatives. Yet view them objectively. Think about what was soon to be converted/the numbers, the price and then consider what was just done by Economu and his friends. Fintas
