Henry - All in due time. As CandleStick pointed out, "red tape" is holding up the official announcement, however, several of us have been noting here that the funding was coming, so if people weren't so impatient, maybe they'd stick around for a while. You can't expect a small, emerging company like JMAR to act like GE or IBM. Things don't always happen on schedule or as originally planned, so if you buy a stock like this, you should always be prepared for some "bumps" in the road. From all indications, things should smooth out soon.
