That is exactly what I think has been done.(JMO) I think these babies have been shipped out, or over, whichever you prefer, and are now being sold on the open market. My question is whether these are still part of the old Reg. S financing or part of the new financing pkg. It was my understanding that the latest pkg. shares were restricted.

At any rate, we all know that this one has about as much risk attached to it as any. Also a pretty good reward factor if it succeeds. My only other question, which really cannot be answered, is whether the Officers in place are more interested in their own pocketbooks or in the company succeeding. So far it would appear that it is the former. Time will tell, and it will be a bumpy road in the mean time. I thought .11 or .12 would be the bottom but depending on the # of cheap shares out there who knows.

And Gene, welcome to the looney bin. If we keep going we'll have enough people to start our own ward.
