Joey, re : cable companies I agree almost 100%. Question: if the cable companies provide the internet access through cable, couldn't this evolve so that the cable company is the service provider, but the cable modem and other hardware are incorporate into the "TV", similar to what you have now with a PC? It just seems to me that the consumer will eventually want just one (TV) unit, plug it in, connect the cable and it works. The argument against this is that VCRs have never been really been successful as an incorporated product, they remain a separate category, primarily to provide different levels of quality/price. Lots more questions than answers at this point, it will be very interesting to watch this product be born and evolve. John
