I am not surprised.We all know how it is done, right? When stocks go down they downgrade it,when it is up they upgrade it and they call themselves 'experts'.Wow what a crock! These people disgust me! If I had anything to do with them, I would have banished the whole lot of'em to Tim-bak-tu.
