KN: I'll take a few shares. Was not a good quarter, and business prospects might not be so good.

I assume that management now (after being spun-off from Dover) is more directed and incentivized. KN is big in mobile consumer products and hearing aid componentry. knowles.com

The stock is way down from its initial price ("Knowles posts 3q loss" yesterday.)

I am hoping (and betting) that the stock will follow a sometimes common trajectory for these spin-offs: stock drops after spin-off but rises substantially within three years as management makes aggressive changes to the business. I'm in now for a few shares and will try to hold.
