Hi Sam, In most bankruptcies there are no shareholders interest's. Because the various lenders that are owed money are fighting over a dead carcas.. With GTATQ that may not be the case because of two statements in previous posts. GTATQ remains in possession of all intellectual properties. Like Hyperion and patents on Sapphire production. Now GTATQ has one year of free rent from Apple in Mesa AZ. My guess would be that GTATQ keeps working on developing a large Sapphire boule that would meet Apple's technical requirements. Usually a company gets liquidated in bankruptcy....that may not be the case here. (GM for example)
