Hi Gary: This reengineering was antisipated by many and called for. Reengineering usually involves downsizing and it sends a powerful wake upcall to the survivors. I believe the sales/employee needs more improvement. I hope the CEO comes up with a plan clearly outlining his objectives and schedules. That will be the shot in the arm we are awaiting. We can all accept a stumble but not a crumble.!
