When I used to listen to baseball, it was mostly Vin Scully doing the Dodgers; KFI was 50K watts, and came in in the evenings.. Giants were Russ Hodges and Lon Simmons, who also did the Niners with Dan Fouts' father.
When I watched, it was Dizzy Dean and Pee Wee Reese, or Giant/Dodgers with Russ and Lon, cuz we didn't get TV from LA..
