Unfortunately for B&N, at least some of this buisness will come at the expense of their core business. I've had a couple of individuals tell me that if I found a book in a B&N store that I liked that I should go home and buy it from their website for less money. These individuals also suggested comparing B&N and Amazon for price differences, but in general they said that price differences were small and that they usually made their decision based on expected delivery dates.
