I'm sure the relevant market participants sense of fair play and good business sense will see a speedy resolution to any potential irregularities in the matters you have raised. If not, I have faith that market regulating authorities will step in and take appropriate legal action on any offending individuals and companies that are abusing the rules and regulations as you have suggested. -g-
