The Palestinians won't even recognize Israel as a Jewish state, WHILE demanding that they be recognized as a Palestinian state.

And while it may be perceived as "chickenshit", it would seem that reactionary/radical elements in both trenches are frightening their leadership and preventing them from doing what would be required to achieve a true peace..

But let's ALSO remember that, according to the radical Muslims, like Hamas, ISIS, and Iranian Mahdists, no part of "Dar Al-Islam" (House of Islam) can be surrendered to non-Muslims..

Which means THEY, and their agenda/expectations, are why there cannot be a peace treaty between Muslims and Israel.. It would betray their religious faith..

Just what is their REAL agenda? Ask Yusif Al-Astal, a commander in the militant wing of Hamas.. It isn't just about Israel..
