Ben: 1) Do you have any additional details on the law suit. Breach of fiduciary responsibilities seems rather vague 2) From a shareholders perspective IMHO it appears to me that the RAPT board accepted some rather mediocre terms from AXNT, with no premium at all. Will want to know their reasoning for this Srivaths
