Damn, Pelosiland liberals really know how to ethnically cleanse the blacks out. The KKK would be in awe. 700K black people disappeared. 94% of a large black community erased. How do you make 700K black people disappear? Blacks in LA and Oakland are in decline too but by a smaller percent. Are the Central America gangs killing them off?
