He included ALL the pension requirements for the period covered by the budget. Of course he didn't include 30 years of pension liabilities in the current budget. That wouldn't makes sense would it?

California's pension liabilities are currently 67 percent funded and Jerry proposed a sound plan to fully fund ALL pension liabilities over 30 years. Asshole Republicans are trying to block it.
