The most surprising, dramatic piece of Brown's revised budget proposal may have been his pitch to increase contributions to the California State Teachers' Retirement System, which is now only 67 percent funded. Who the hell cares about retired old fart school teachers in California, especially those that moved there from another state? You sound like a bitter old man and remind me of an old used up LP.
