"it was due to faster than expected growth" Growth is always faster than expected after tax increases, and it always surprises people. When will they ever learn? They would even be surprised if it went sideways, cuz they know it will kill the economy. Here are some general laws of the universe... When a "job-killing minimum wage" is passed, employment goes up. When an "economy killing" tax increase is passed, the economy improves and employment goes up. When "job-killing" Obamacare kicks in, the economy improves and employment goes up.
