Two “Stop the Violence” Protesters Arrested for Beating Roommate Unconscious
Posted by Jim Hoft on Thursday, October 30, 2014, 2:24 PM
Two far left “Stop the Violence” protesters were arrested for beating and stomping their former roommate unconscious.

Nikole Ardeno, one of the co-coordinators for the Stop the Violence group, and Emanuel Velez, were arrested for punching and kicking a man unconscious. ( News Observer)

The two peace activists face assault charges.
The Washington Times reported:

Two “Stop the Violence” organizers allegedly beat one of their colleagues so severely that he vomited blood and was left unconscious in critical condition.

Nikole Ardeno and Emanuel Velez, both 30, accused their former roommate of stealing their property, and allegedly punched and kicked him in the street until he had seizures. Arrested moments later, Ardeno was still wearing the same “Stop the Violence” T-shirt she had on the night before when she coordinated a march protesting two recent shootings.

The two peace activists beat the mant until he was convulsing and vomiting blood.

Washington police said Joshua Magraff was walking in the 1000 block of Jefferson Avenue shortly before 4:30 p.m. when Ardeno, driving a sport-utility vehicle, stopped and punched him in the face through her open window.

Velez then got out of the vehicle from the passenger side and allegedly punched Magraff in the head, knocking him to the ground, police said.

Police said Ardeno and Velez then kicked Magraff while he lay unconscious on the sidewalk, causing him to convulse and vomit blood.
