IF we only lived in a bubble. But we do not. IN the past two months, we've seen beheadings abroad, beheadings within, shootings up in Canada, Ebola cases in Texas, New York.... Isis this.. Isul that.. Election or No election someone's going to have to deal with what comes next. And the good news it will offer volatility. Tomorrow is end of the month. I suspect ol November is going to offer some fireworks. Fintas
