Personhood is an arbitrary philosophical and legal term that has been used to justify slavery and to deny women's rights. That's the same legal trick you are attempting to use here, only you are using it to justify Murder. "I wish however to add, that a viable fetus may become a person at the Will of the pregnant woman." WOW! So if an attacker causes the death of a fetus it is the murder of a human being, but if the mother has her unborn child killed, then it's not a human being? We would love to hear the scientific basis for that kind of blithering idiocy!
