You , perhaps see no flaws when even a child can see when you are holding a leaking bag of feces. The US Health care can be fixed in so many ways. Offer more to the consumer and at rates they can choose. The many mandatory inclusions would now become elective for a price. Some wastes would not be covered at all. For instance lap band surgery which could be replaced by simply eating less. That is just one example of the tremendous waste in out healthcare system. There are so many more. People can have all they want for the varied premiums.

Pushaways can be substituted for many ailments. Type 2 diabetes can be controlled by exercise and diet. If you are too fat, you eat too much.

If a doctor amputates the wrong leg, there can be a modest settlement , but the doctor will go to prison, not simply have an award paid by an insurance company. People with dangerous vices would have to pay greater premiums, that goes for overeaters, lazy people and drug dependent people. Birth control should not be covered for those who cannot reproduce and maternity coverage the same. The poor would be covered by Medicaid as most are.

I hear of bankruptcy as an awful thing due to medical bills. That is an F'n Shame. Bankruptcy happens and why should the rest of the taxpayers bail someone out of bankruptcy ? Being bankrupt doesn't mean poverty. It simply means you won't be flying to Paris.

Too much is expected for nothing in return.

We want to make an excuse for everything and there simply aren't enough excuses or money.

Perhaps people like you should receive little care as the Godfather of the ACA recommends you die at 75. Okay, maybe if you work harder maybe you can stick it to the man and live to be 100. However, after Ezekiel Emmanuel's landmark age of 75 is reached, you are on your own except for basic care. So get that gym pass or get busy.
